Continuing the Mission supports the veteran community by providing fully trained dogs to veterans with PTSD. Their primary sponsor, The Holiday Highlander and Dirtbag Ales Brewery and Taproom, hosted the fourth annual Holiday Highlander games in Fayetteville NC. This is a charity and Strongman competitive event.

The Operation Market Garden 77th Anniversary Commemoration is a time for Paratroopers from around the world to come together to exchange jump wings, build camaraderie, and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice 77 years ago. There was a week of joint airborne jumps and ceremonies across The Netherlands to commemorate Allied actions during WWII.

The purpose of Memorial Day is to memorialize the military men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
In observance of Memorial Day, the 82nd Airborne Division Band performed "The Last Full Measure of Devotion" in front of Iron Mike at the Airborne and Special Operations Museum in Downtown Fayetteville.

The 1897 Edgar Allen Poe House annual Hallowe’en Night Tours were unfortunately cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions. So I was hired to shoot the tour into a short film! The Museum of the Cape Fear partnered with the Gilbert Theater to bring the Poe House to life for Invoking the Spirits: A Poe House Halloween.
The film takes us on a spirited visit to the 1897 Poe House to witness spooky scenes featuring members of the Poe family that once lived there. This is not intended to be a historical re-enactment, but the Hallowe’en customs, poetry and storyline are based on historical research. Some believe the 1897 Poe House is haunted, see if you can spot the “ghosts” in the film! We hope you enjoy this Halloween treat!!

I had another wonderful experience working with the tough warriors of 37th Engineer Battalion during their annual organization week. Blood on the Water commemorates a storied 75-year legacy after this unit assaulted Omaha Beach in WWII. Such an event deserves the very best production. Enjoy!

I captured my unit's battalion-wide annual PT competition; the Paratroopers of the 37th Engineer Battalion are rock solid and are an honor to work with. Shooting live, fast-pace events are as exciting as they are challenging. Recording these moments helps us relive fleeting yet powerful memories that we cherish for years to come.

This video was shot using analog film, primarily Kodak's 50D in the Super 8 format. A brief portion was shot in Kodak's 100D Ektarchrome in regular 8mm. Most of the video was shot with a 2x anamorphic lens attached to the camera, creating an organic wide image.
Film services were completed by Pro8mm in Burbank Ca.
